We are listed in the Yellow pages as The Craft Works.  You are welcome to call us at 530-222-0552, but due to our low prices we don't have a designated receptionist .  If we did, our prices would increase substantially!!!   If you receive voice mail, please leave a message with a phone number and an email address.  We answer emails and phone calls in the order they are received.  For the fastest response, email is the best way to reach us.

If you need your order delivered PRIOR to 6 business days, please contact us via email BEFORE placing the order and please wait for a confirmation email back from us friendlyservice@thecraftworks.com

REGULAR SHIPPING:  Expect delivery of jewelry order anywhere from 6 to 12 business days after date of order. 

If you need your order sooner or by a certain date, see second day shipping below and send us an email before ordering. 

If the order will not make it in time, we will CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL and automatically void/cancel the order.

2ND DAY SHIPPING:    At this time, Express/2nd day shipments can take 2 - 3 business days after date of order to ship, depending on the item.  Please contact us via email before placing the order.  Be sure to allow the additional 2 days for delivery.

Some items weigh more than others.  Therefore, it is difficult to give you an exact $ amount.  Approximate shipping prices listed below are close.  With lighter weight jewelry, in general, up to 3 items or sets ship for the 1 pound weight.  The heavier items are usually the more expensive jewelry items or gift items.
